    Elegance is a stunningly dry rendition of Champagne, with no dosage of sugars. It explodes with fresh notes of cassis, peach, green apple, and strawberry, striking an incredible balance between the profiles of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which make up 73% and 27% of the blend, respectively. Take a deeper breath, and you can discover background notes of yeast, ginger, and pure minerals.

    Domaine Vincent Couche was founded in 1996, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Vincent is something of a French cold climate specialist, with several hectares in Chablis as well as Champagne. The fruits for this wine were harvested from Buxeuil and Montgeux, close to the cellar, where the vineyards grow on soils of flint and clay-limestone.

    In the mouth, Elegance is dry and captivating, cleansing the palate with rich flavours of blackcurrant, raspberry, orchard fruits, chalky minerals, and yeasty hints of buttered croissant. It spent 5 years on the lees, a process that imbued the wine with incredible depth and mouth-watering texture. It’s a fantastic wine for a special occasion and will serve as an excellent aperitif, or as a partner for seafood, soft cheese, or poultry.
