Founded in 2017, the prestigious Champagne house Richard Bavion is a young company located in Epernay and part of the homonymous luxury brand. The beautiful cellars are dug into deep limestone caves located 25 meters underground and date back to the 19th century.

The exclusive Champagne Prestige is produced with equal parts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the best sites with the addition of 35% reserve wines from the best vintages. The wine then rests in the bottle on its lees for about 6 years in the chalk cellars to ensure the full expression of its aromatic charge.

In the glass, the Richard Bavion Champagne Prestige reveals a splendid golden color with bright yellow reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. Its aromatic profile is broad and intense with floral and yellow apple notes, and citrus and red berry hints. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured. It has a soft and silky texture and a delicate and well-balanced acidity. The finish is elegant and long. Serve it chilled for an elegant aperitif with a seafood starter, or try it with pork dressed with a delicate apple sauce.
