Fleur de Miraval Champagne House is the project born from the partnership between Brad Pitt and the Perrin family, which is dedicated exclusively to the production of Rosé champagne. The Péters family, producers of Champagne in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger since 1919, joined the adventure by bringing their own experience and oenological know-how.

Through its association of Chardonnay (75%) from vines of different ages and Pinot Noir (25%) from young vines of very small plots of Vertus, this Edition Rosé number 3 (ER3) by Fleur de Miraval manages to offer a unique and very representative expression of the great Champagne terroirs. This cuvée also pays homage to the Countess de Miraval, born in Provence, who, according to legend, only drank rosé champagne.

Champagne Fleur de Miraval Exclusivement Rose ER3 reveals an elegant pale pink color and a complex flavor profile with notes of white flowers, currants, and wild strawberries, followed by a gentle smoky note. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant with a fine and persistent perlage. Citrus and white fruit aromas overlap with more complex notes of candied fruit, sweet spices, and toasted almonds. The finish is persistent and characterized by a nice chalky minerality. It makes a wonderful aperitif and pairs well with oily fish.
