Guided by their love for the French terroir, Camille, Edouard and Jérôme decided to join in 2019 and create EPC to offer a more modern take on Champagne. EPC places the ethical values of traceability and transparency in the foreground. In addition, the brand works from A to Z in collaboration with selected winemakers, which allows it to best remunerate them and enhance their know-how. Finally, it minimizes additives with less sugar and fewer sulphites. All EPC cuvées come from a single vine, a single terroir and a single vintage.
EPC's Blanc de Noirs Champagne is a 100% Pinot Noir, from the Arce Valley and vinified by a group of winegrowers from this same area. It is a low dose Champagne (5 gr/l), extremely fruity and fresh.
This is an elegant wine that offers delicious contrasts, starting with its aromas. The buttery and fragrant aromas of croissants are accompanied by sparkling sensations of citrus peel and green apple and hints of licorice. In the mouth, it is dry with mineral notes and a silky persistence that caresses the palate and recalls winter fruit and small pastries. Try it with mushroom pizza, shrimp and salmon skewers, or chicken.
