    EPC is a very young Champagne brand launched in 2019 with the ambition to revitalize the Champagne production, making it more accessible in particular to a younger market. Each cuvée is the fruit of a single grape variety, from a single terroir and a single vintage, with minimum levels of sugars and sulphites. EPC Champagnes are 100% traceable. The winemakers are true partners and produce the cuvées themselves with the collaboration of the EPC cellarman, Richard Dailly.

    EPC Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a 100% Chardonnay, coming from the slopes of the Sézannais in sustainable agriculture on a soil of chalk, marl and clay. The grapes are vinified by a group of winemakers in Bethon, and the wine is aged for 29 months. It is a Champagne with no added sugar (zero dosage), that is very fruity and very fresh.

    This lively, gourmet, and dynamic Blanc de Blancs is reminiscent of citrus and white fruits such as apples. It has interesting mineral notes and a fine and persistent perlage that cleans the palate. This Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature will be perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a scallop tartare, a sea bream ceviche, or a Caesar chicken salad.
