This Blanc de Blancs is the purest Champagne in De Saint Gall’s incredible range. It contains delicate aromas of orchard fruits, fresh lemon, and buttered, toasted bread. There is minimal added sugar, meaning that the Chardonnay grapes need to be of the very highest quality to capture the essence of the terroir. The fruits came from Grand Cru vineyards, throughout the regions of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.

Champagne De Saint Gall is one of the many arms of Union Champagne, an enormous cooperative founded by grape growers in 1966. It encompasses 15 other cooperatives, whose vineyards cover some of the finest Grand and Premier Cru plots in Champagne. De Saint Gall is based in Avize, a picturesque commune located in the heart of Champagne’s green, rolling landscape.
