These are made using the traditional method, the same process used in Champagne, which involves a lengthy secondary fermentation in the bottle to create tiny, delicate bubbles and a complex flavour profile.
Celene has been making these sparkling wines since 1947 and works closely with trusted partner growers on both banks of Bordeaux to source top quality grapes. This textbook rosé Cremant from Celene is crafted from Cabernet Franc and Merlot fruit. After vinification this cuvee is aged on the lees in the bottle for 12 months in Celene’s historic 18th century cellar which was dug straight out of the limestone rock on the Garonne’s Right Bank.
