Carpenè Maltovi has deep roots in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region, sourcing their grapes from the countless rural hills that dot the landscape. Now, the family establishment is in its fifth generation, under the expert leadership of Rosanna Carpenè, the winery’s first woman proprietor.
The Prosecco Superiore is made extra dry, from 100% Glera grown on the steep hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Its bouquet expresses an intense green apple fruitiness, with nuances of freshly picked flowers. It is pale gold in the glass, with elegant shooting perlage.
