This refined Prosecco offers exuberant bubbles and crisp aromas of lemon zest and green apples with a touch of honey. A subtle touch of sweetness on the palate provides balance and combines harmoniously with the pure orchard fruit flavours and smooth mousse. The refreshing and easy-going character of this bubbly make it a perfect aperitif or a superb partner for fresh seafood, pan-fried fish and salads.

The Rizzardi family carefully source the Glera grapes that go into this Prosecco from their trusted partner growers with vineyards on cooler hillside sites around the town of Soligo. Planted on clay and limestone soils, these vines yield grapes with plenty of freshness to balance the generous fruity aromas and flavours. Following the harvest the grapes are vinified using the charmat method and then matured in stainless steel vats before they are bottled and released.

The Guerrieri Rizzardi estate is a historic producer of the Veneto region which was founded in 1914 after the union through marriage of two noble local families, the Counts Guerrieri and the Counts Rizzardi. The winery is still in the hands of the same family to this day, and it is currently managed by Giuseppe and Agostino Rizzardi.
