The grapes of Fetească Neagră, an indigenous Moldovan variety deeply rooted in the country's winemaking tradition, are selected and harvested by hand. After gentle pressing, fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature to ensure the full expression of the aromatic profile, with strict quality control. The finished wine then ages in oak barrels, acquiring structure, elegance, and complex tertiary aromas.

In the glass, the wine reveals a deep, brilliant ruby color and a broad, ripe aromatic profile with fragrant notes of cherry and blackberry on a background of toasted wood and vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and balanced. It has fine, well-integrated tannins and a lively, refreshing acidity. It is juicy and concentrated, with a long, delicately spicy finish. It works deliciously with grilled meat, spicy meat rolls, and lamb.
