Located in the Uco Valley, 1020 meters above sea level and about 80 km from Mendoza, Callejon del Crimen extends over 150 hectares characterized by very draining sandy clay soils. The specific terroirs and climatic conditions guarantee the production of high-quality grapes and wines. The cellar was completely renovated between 2003 and 2004 with the best 21st-century technologies and is characterized by high ceilings to guarantee good protection of the wine from the summer heat.

Callejón del Crimen Blend de Terroirs is an award-winning 100% Malbec. The grapes come from vines over 25 years old, distributed in the areas of Gualtallary, Vista Flores, Paraje Altamira, and Pampa El Cepillo. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts and the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 4 months.

The different terroirs of origin of the grapes bring different characteristics to this wine, which is very balanced and has a great personality. The glass reveals an intense red color with some violet reflections. On the nose, the aromatic profile is intense with aromas of ripe dark fruit (especially plum and blackberry), notes of chocolate and vanilla, and some spicy and balsamic hints. On the palate it is full and intense with firm but round tannins and a fragrant and persistent finish that recalls spicy notes. Try it with a juicy Rib-eye steak!
