Ca 'del Bosco is one of the most prestigious and renowned wineries in Franciacorta. Established in the 70s from the intuition of Maurizio Zanella for the winemaking vocation of this area, Ca 'del Bosco today extends over two hundred hectares of vineyards. The vines, now almost fifty years old, are treated with the utmost attention using an agronomic regime with low environmental impact and minimal fertilization. The grapes coming from different plots are treated separately during the vinification phase, to guarantee the maximum expression of every single terroir and grape.

This Franciacorta Rosé DOCG “Cuvée Prestige” comes from the separate vinification of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, whose base wines are blended after eight months of aging. It rests on the lees for about thirty months.

The wine shows an elegant balance between the two grape varieties and a salmon pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. It is exceptionally rich on the nose, with a floral depth of rose and peony, and fruity notes of pomegranate and strawberry. In the mouth, the fruity flavors return. The wine is fresh with a subtle and delicate effervescence. It is perfect as an aperitif, with fish-based preparations, savory pies, and stuffed or grilled tomatoes.
