Pale straw in color, tinted with green flecks of fresh cut grass, this Malvasija Istarska transports you to the verdant landscape of the region in both appearance and aroma. Grassy undertones on the nose are accompanied by slight minerality, bright lemony citrus, and crisp green apple. The palate is similarly vibrant and fresh, with zesty citrus, ripening apple and pear, with a fine salty mineral finish. At once full bodied and flavorful, this is a fantastic example of Istrian Malvasia.
