Anne Boisson produces excellent Burgundy wines from the 1.5 hectares of vineyards inherited from the family in the Meursault area, in Côte de Beaune.

The Chardonnay grapes come from a parcel within the renowned Premier Cru Les Genévrières, situated between Les Perrières, Les Charmes, and Le Poruzot denominations. Here, the unique soil and climate conditions create full-bodied, elegant wines with excellent aging potential. Domaine Anne Boisson’s Meursault Premier Cru Les Genévrières is one of the appellation’s most iconic and representative wines. It embodies the great tradition of Burgundy white wines with its generous, pure character.

In the glass, it reveals a brilliant pale gold hue. Its aromatic profile is broad and complex, opening with fruity notes of citrus, ripe pear, and apple, interspersed with hints of wildflowers, toasted hazelnut, and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and mineral, featuring vibrant acidity and delicious fruit concentration. It is round and generous, with a long, balanced finish that evokes saline notes. While it has the potential to evolve over the next couple of decades, it can be enjoyed right now with buttered lobster, scallop risotto, or roast turbot.
