The daughter of Bernard Boisson, owner of Domaine Boisson-Vadot, Anne inherited a portion of the family vineyards (shared with her brother Pierre), totaling approximately 1.5 hectares spread across the communes of Meursault and Auxey-Duresses. Today, Anne Boisson’s estate is recognized as one of the most promising in the appellation, thanks to meticulous work in both the vineyard and the cellar, and the production of wines of great purity that faithfully reflect their terroir of origin.

The Chardonnay grapes for this Meursault come from Les Chevalières vineyard, situated at the top of the slope overlooking the village. The vines benefit from this elevated position, featuring highly calcareous, stony soils and excellent airflow. These conditions foster slow grape ripening and allow the Chardonnay to fully express its taut, sleek character.

The result is an exceptionally elegant, refined wine with a fresh, precise aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals fragrant notes of citrus and green apple, interspersed with hints of white flowers and mint, leading to a richer finish reminiscent of lemon curd. On the palate, it displays a distinctive mineral streak; it is fresh and lively yet possesses a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. It offers refreshing, balanced acidity and a long finish with saline undertones. Its pronounced minerality makes it an ideal pairing for fish and shellfish.
