The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The vineyards, planted on strong soil with silt and clay, enjoy the warm California sun and a temperate climate which guarantees the perfect ripening of the Zinfandel. After fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak for a few months. This makes the wine more textured and adds some spice notes.

Adulation Zinfandel is a powerful wine with a dark ruby-red color and violet reflections. Its aromatic profile is intense and complex with a strong concentration of black fruit, plums, blackberries, and cherries, followed by spices, dark chocolate, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, it is deep and robust with a pleasant fruity focus. It is a well-balanced wine: it shows a refreshing acidity and velvety tannins. The finish is long and smooth and recalls fruity notes. It pairs well with red meat or game and is the perfect wine with venison in chocolate sauce.
