Part of the Fior di Sole winery, the Adulation brand includes wines of excellent quality that offer great value for money. Founded over 20 years ago, Fior di Sole is a family business and is located in Napa Valley. The company vineyards are planted with old vines on clayey soil and benefit from the warmth of the California climate, which allows for the perfect ripening of the grapes. Chardonnay Adulation is produced with grapes selected and harvested manually. After vinification, the finished wine is then aged for a few months in oak barrels to obtain good complexity and creaminess.

The wine has an intense yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it releases a rich and ripe bouquet of tropical fruit and stone fruit with a slight herbaceous touch and toasted notes. On the palate, the wine is round, full, and soft. It has all the typical traits of a well-made Californian Chardonnay. The acidity is well-balanced and the wine shows a tasty concentration of fruit. The finish is long, persistent, and elegant. This rich wine goes well with lobster and crab and other shellfish and is perfect for chicken or turkey served with creamy sauces.
