Auditori is the flagship Montsant wine of Acustic Celler and is made with Garnacha grapes sourced from three of the finest old vineyards in this mountainous corner of northeastern Spain. The combination of old vines and poor stony soils helps to create a multifaceted, intensely-flavoured wine which has been ranked by Decanter magazine as one of the best Garnachas in the world.

Luscious blackcurrants, wild berries and savoury Mediterranean herbs characterise the complex nose, while the first sip reveals an impressive structure, fresh acidity, fine tannins and a delicate flinty minerality. When serving this wine it is best to decant it at least an hour before serving to allow the many layers of flavours and aromas to express themselves.

The winemaker and founder of Acustic Celler, Albert Jané, carefully hand harvests all of his grapes and practices organic farming in his vineyards to ensure only the best possible raw ingredients go into his wines. Following vinification the wine destined for Auditori is aged in in new French oak barrels for 12 months to add subtle toasted notes and to bring the complex layers of flavours and aromas into harmony with each other.
