The DoReMi winery was established in 2012 by two wine loving friends with the aim of creating the finest organic wines using ancient Georgian techniques. The grapes are collected from vineyards located in different areas of Georgia.
The wines are fermented on the skins and with wild yeasts. No additives are used. They are then aged in Qvevri, traditional terracotta pots used in Georgia, according to an ancient local method that dates back to 8000 years ago.
