Unforutnately it seems that the parcel has been misplaced and we open a search with UPS, which usualy take few days.
Please let me know then if you prefer to have the order delivered (once its found), or refunded.
it is still delayed in transit.
As it has been over 30 calendar days since I made the order, I would
like to request a refund ASAP.
Please can you confirm receipt of this email and acceptance of my
request?

We were informed that there is a delay with processing EU parcels on the UK customs office at the moment, and we have already had our UPS representative to look into this matter last week (to check all the documentation and basically request faster processing).
Even though as a shipper, we do not have direct influence over the processing times, we were told that they are expecting all delayed parcels to be released this week.
I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that soon you will be able to enjoy your wine.
