What temperature is ideal for serving organic wines?

To present flavors and aromas of organic wines, it is important to serve them at the correct temperature. Room temperature can actually be too warm in comparison, with slightly cooler temperatures between 55-65°F (12-18°C) allowing the subtleties of organic wines to reveal themselves. White wines and rosés prefer cooler temperatures at the lower end of this range, while red wines should be served slightly warm. Purchase of a wine thermometer or usage of a wine fridge will help to keep accurate serving temperatures.
