What are the terms of my subscription?
No bounding terms. You can cancel your subscription ANYTIME.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes. You have complete control of your deliveries. We will email you 3 days before the next scheduled shipment, where you can review the wines we prepared for you, replace some you don't like, or skip the next delivery.
What is unique about 8Wines Club?
Our collection of wines answers this question in the best possible way. At 8Wines, we have used our specialist knowledge to source a unique range of styles and flavors from across the globe. Rather than trying to stock every variety on the market, we offer a hand-picked collection with something for everyone.
How often will I get my wine case?
Your wine arrives on your schedule – every week, bi-weekly, or monthly, according to your preference. We'll notify you three days before your next shipment, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments. If your schedule shifts, or you're savoring your last box, you can effortlessly pause your subscription through your Account settings page.
How many wines will I receive?
Every shipment is available in either a 6 or 12 bottle format, designed to accommodate your preferences. Create as many wine cases as you desire, each with its unique varietal preferences and delivery timetable.
How will the final price be determined?
You set the price range of each wine type in your wine case. The final price of your case will be charged to your credit card at the time of the shipment. We will email you 3 days before your next shipment with the wines we tailor-picked for your review.
