Vina Robles is a family winery with 25 years of agricultural experience in the Paso Robles region of California and widely known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah wines. The company owns six SIP-certified sustainable vineyards, located in five sub-districts of the region that are managed with a philosophy of minimal intervention.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine are harvested in the morning from a small block of the Jardine vineyard with sandy-gravel soils. Cold fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aroma. The wine is then left to rest on the lees to add richness and complexity to the flavor.

Vina Robles Sauvignon Blanc has a light and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals tropical aromas of passion fruit and ripe guava, followed by hints of orange blossom and citrusy notes of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp with a medium body and lively acidity. The finish is long and clean and recalls notes of tropical and stone fruit. Its freshness and tropical aromas make it perfect in combination with crab and scallops, but this wine also works very well with salads and light vegetarian dishes.
