This is a vibrant, pale pink wine with hints of copper, in a gorgeous label-free bottle that sings of the Côte d’Azur. It bursts with inviting scents of zesty grapefruit, white peach skin, wild raspberries, and star anise. It is a star-studded blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle, harvested from across Provence, capturing the different facets of the region's many sun-soaked vineyards.

Ultimate Provence is a true modern-day Provence winery, with vineyards circling around the town of La Garde Freinet in the Var region. The design and development of their estate (which is a beautiful holiday destination in itself) was bestowed upon Humbert and Poyet, a Monaco-based architecture firm.

On the palate of this rosé, you'll find fresh flavours of red berries: strawberry and raspberry mingle with grapefruit zest. You can also discover warm hints of cinnamon and ginger, with a touch of minerality and a refreshing, dry finish. In terms of mouthfeel, it is round and rich, with a vein of sharp acidity. Contemporary and stylish, this is a versatile Provençal rosé, perfect for pairing with Mediterranean salads, grilled white fish, and light appetisers.
