Founded in 2017 by brothers Levan and Georgi Chychynadze, the Tiko winery name pays homage to the founders' mother (Tiko was her nickname). The company is located in the Kakheti wine region where the continental climate and iron-rich soils have provided ideal conditions for the production of quality wines for thousands of years. The Tiko winery focuses its work on native Georgian vines and traditional winemaking methods.

This orange wine from eastern Georgia is made from grapes from the indigenous Kisi variety. Fermentation takes place according to the traditional method on the skins in large terracotta pots called Qvevri. After fermentation, the finished wine is aged for another 6 months on their skins.

Estate Orange Kisi is a brightly colored wine with orange tones. On the nose, it reveals a broad and complex aromatic profile with notes of stone fruit and quince, honey, and orange peel. On the palate, it is concentrated and powerful but well-balanced. It has an almost creamy texture in the mouth and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and recalls apricot notes. Its aromatic richness makes it ideal with Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.
