Located in Piedmont on the border with Liguria, Tenuta San Pietro spans 100 hectares of land, 35 of which are dedicated to vineyards, where the primary grape variety is Cortese di Gavi. The estate, whose name refers to a small church that has stood here since the 11th century, also cultivates other local grape varieties such as Albarossa, Barbera, Nibio, and international varieties. The estate's vineyards enjoy particularly favorable soil and climate conditions, with excellent exposure and a microclimate tempered by the proximity of the Ligurian coast and the sea.

The Cortese grapes come from the organic and biodynamic vineyards of Tenuta San Pietro, located at 300 meters above sea level in the hills of Tassarolo. After manual harvesting and a gentle pressing, fermentation occurs spontaneously at low temperatures to ensure full aromatic expression.

Produced in limited quantities and with numbered bottles, the wine reveals a light and fragrant character. Its aromatic profile is broad and fresh with notes of stone fruit, pineapple, and white flowers. On the palate, it has a medium-light body and good minerality. It is lively, balanced, and fruity with a well-integrated acidity and a long, fruity finish. It pairs deliciously with seafood, seafood paella, and vegetarian dishes.
