The Schuster family have been making wine for 250 years using traditional local varieties like Gruner, Veltliner, Zweigelt and the rarer Roter Veltliner. The winery is based in Großriedenthal in the wine region of Wagram which is considered to be one of the "most beautiful villages in Austria". Their family’s ancient connection with the vine means they have a long-term mentality and try to work in harmony with nature wherever possible in the vineyard and winery.

This zingy rosé wine is crafted from top quality Zweigelt grapes which are harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure aromatic character and freshness of the variety. The nose opens with enticing hints of melon, grapefruit, and red berries while the first sip displays a mouthwatering acidity, medium body, and intense sweet dark fruit flavours which linger on the tongue.

The light, easy-going nature of this wine makes it ideal to serve as an aperitif before dinner or to sip on a hot summer’s afternoon by the pool. It is also a great match for seafood, fish, and creamy cheeses thanks to the crisp freshness and vibrant citrus notes.
