Quintodecimo's Fiano Exultet is one of the extraordinary wines of Professor Luigi Moio, a central figure in the enological Renaissance of Southern Italy. It is a wine of great value, produced with Fiano D'Avellino grapes from a single vineyard located in Lapio with very low yields. Thanks to fermentation in steel and oak barrels at 14-16 ° C, Fiano Exultet offers the most of the minerality and the great aromatic range of Fiano, but goes beyond the simple typicality and takes on the characteristics of great Italian white wines.

It has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The aromatic bouquet presents the characteristic vegetal hints of acacia, thyme, and lime and then honey, sage, yellow peach, and hazelnuts. In the mouth, the notes of ripe white fruit return with good freshness and great minerality. It is a soft and warm wine, endowed with great harmony and elegance. The finish is long and slightly savory. Serve it at 10-12 ° C in combination with fried, grilled or stewed fish, and poultry.
