The Domaine Isabelle and Denis Pommier is a family-run winery, located in the village of Poinchy, in Burgundy, where the two owners settled in 1990. The estate, which today extends over approximately 23 hectares, began to convert its vineyards into organic cultivation in 2009 and finally received its certification in 2014. The winery is widely known for the excellent quality ratio of its wines.

The Chardonnay grapes, for this splendid Chablis, come from vineyards with an average age of 25 years on two different terroirs in the municipalities of Chablis and Ligny-le-Châtel. After fermentation takes place with Indigenous yeasts, the finished wine matures for 12 months before being released on the market.

The Chablis Isabelle and Denis Pommier is an expressive wine with a beautiful clear and brilliant color with straw yellow tones. On the nose, it reveals a fresh and complex aromatic profile with notes of lemon and white fruits, followed by mineral hints. On the palate, it is tasty and invigorating, elegant and round. It has a fleshy consistency and a marked mineral vein. The finish is long and refreshing. It is the ideal wine for an elegant aperitif and pairs perfectly with white fish, seafood, and sushi.
