    Gabrielle Ashley is one of several brands produced by Napa Valley winery, Precision Wine Co. The company, which sources grapes and juice from some of California's best growers, is owned by winemaker Trevor Sheenan who puts all his passion into the production of high-quality wines that come at an excellent price. Other Precision Wine Co. brands include Acclaimed, Gearbox, Windstorm, and Barrel Bomb.

    The wine is a majority Cabernet Sauvignon blend with additions of Malbec and Petit Verdot. The grapes are selected from top winegrowers in the Oakville wine country. The finished wine is aged for 15 months in French oak (60% new).

    Gabrielle Ashley Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and complex wine but easy to approach. It has an intense color with ruby-red tones. Its aromatic profile is broad and captivating with notes of red fruit (especially black cherry, plum, and blackberry) and spices. On the palate, it has a medium to full body and good intensity of fruity flavors. It is soft and generous, elegant and well-balanced. The finish is long and reveals light vanilla notes. It is the perfect wine for red meat: it goes well with steak, hamburger, or spare ribs.
