Founded in 2019 in the heart of Marlborough, in the Southern Island of New Zealand, the young Eva Pemper winery produces high-quality wines which in a few years have already gained enormous success and various international awards. The owner and founder is the Croatian winemaker Eva Pemper, who has a long family tradition of wine production in Croatia, and moved to New Zealand in 2012. The label shows a little Cupid holding a glass of wine, an image that is a legacy of Eva's family wine business and a representation of her love for good wine.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested by machine and gently pressed in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures with selected yeast strains to preserve the intense aroma typical of this variety.

This wine reveals a fresh and lively aromatic profile with pleasant notes of lime, green apple, and stone fruit. On the palate, it is thirst-quenching with well-sustained acidity and a well-balanced body. The fruit flavors return to the palate with fresh vibrancy and a tasty, long finish. Eva Pemper Sauvignon Blanc makes a delicious aperitif, but it also goes very well with seafood and light vegetarian dishes based on asparagus, peppers, and Mediterranean vegetables.
