Domaine des Clos is nestled in the heart of Burgundy's wine country, in the scenic region of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Sourcing only the finest grapes from prestigious appellations like Chablis and Beaune, this renowned winery was born in 1995 thanks to the vision of Grégoire Bichot. It offers a truly stunning range of Burgundy wines, taking you through some of the region’s most exquisite flavours and fruitful vineyards.

Although the bottle bears the name of the wider appellation “Beaune”, this is a single-vineyard white wine. The fruits were sourced from “Les Longes”, a compact, limestone-permeated vineyard situated northwest of the Hospices Des Beaune.

This 100% Chardonnay wine bursts with notes of juicy green apples, pears and citrus peel, with subtle limestone accents. On the palate, this wine's friendly character reveals itself. It is an easy-drinking, thirst-quenching bottle, packed with lively acidity and juicy fruit flavours. The grapes were picked by hand in small baskets to maintain the highest quality of fruit possible. You can discover hints of apricot and a variety of white-skinned fruits, supplemented by a smooth, buttery mouthfeel. This is an impeccable introduction to the white wines of Beaune. Consider pairing it with Brie, white fish or creamy pasta dishes.
