Condado de Haza is the second estate, in the Ribera del Duero, of the Fernandez Rivera family, owners of Tinto Pesquera. Currently, the property has an extension of about 200 hectares planted with Tempranillo vineyards, on the banks of the Duero river. The vineyards that have been cultivated since 1987, are located within the limits of the municipality of Roa, at 811 meters above sea level, on soils of sand and loam.

20 Aldeas is the latest addition to Bodega Condado de Haza, a 100% organic Tempranillo monovarietal produced and aged in American oak barrels. The grapes come from plants with an age of about 30 years, located in the municipality of Roa and La Horra, at an altitude of over 800 meters.

The wine has a cherry color with purple reflections. Its aromatic profile is intense and complex, with notes of black fruit, and a touch of licorice typical of the Tempranillo variety, followed by toasted notes such as vanilla, coffee caramel, and smoky hints from aging in American oak barrels. It is a powerful and full wine with a remarkable balance between round tannins and acidity. The persistence in the mouth is long and pleasant with notes of coffee, licorice, and caramel. Have it with lamb or grilled red meat.
