Bisol is one of the most renowned and oldest wineries in the Veneto region. In fact, the Bisol family has been working in the wine business since the 16th century and has been carrying on a centuries-old winemaking tradition recognized worldwide for 21 generations. The company, located in the heart of Valdobbiadene and now led by Gianluca Bisol, produces various labels, each characterized by its own specific identity and extremely representative of the terroir of origin.

Bisol Molera Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is produced with Glera grapes from selected vineyards, located on steep slopes and characterized by soils rich in clay and marine sandstone that produce wines with mineral notes and fresh fruity scents.

The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish hues enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. Its aromatic profile is fragrant and broad with delicate floral notes and fruity hints. On the palate, it is soft and elegant with a fresh acid vein and light body. The finish is long and recalls lively mineral notes. It is the perfect sparkling wine for an informal aperitif, but it also pairs well with fried fish, tuna tartare, seafood risotto or smoked fish appetizers.
