Located in the Conegliano countryside, in the historic area of production of Prosecco Superiore, Bisol is a winery with a 21-generations family tradition. Founded at the end of the 1800s and led today by Gianluca Bisol, the company produces various Prosecco labels, differentiating the productions based on the micro-zone of origin of the grapes.

The Glera grapes for this wine come from vineyards located on steep slopes facing south and southeast, at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level. Here the land, once covered by the sea, allows the water to be retained near the roots of the vines, avoiding water stress and favoring the ripening of the grapes. The name Crede is a dialectal term that indicates the clay of which the soils of Valdobbiadene are rich.

Bisol Crede Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. The low sugar dosage highlights the characteristic fragrance of the Glera grape variety. On the nose, it reveals aromas of green apples and pears, floral and honey notes. On the palate, the wine is lively, fresh, and mineral. The finish is long and harmonious. Excellent with pizza and cured meats, it also works well with many vegetarian recipes.
