Founded approximately 30 years ago, Angeline Vineyards is a California winery based in the sister company Martin Ray Winery. The company, certified sustainable, produces wines of excellent quality and great value for money, using grapes selected from vineyards located in different regions of California, to guarantee a full expression of the grape variety.

The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon come from different areas of California, from the Sonoma Valley to the far south of Monterey and Paso Robles, to produce a balanced and elegant wine. The harvest takes place at different times depending on the area and its microclimate, but always at night to guarantee maximum freshness and health of the grapes. The different batches are then processed separately, both in the pressing phase, the fermentation phase, and finally the aging phase which lasts 12 months.

Angeline Cabernet Sauvignon is an easy-to-approach and very soft wine. Its aromatic profile is intense, broad, and captivating with notes of blueberries and cherries and then sweet spices, green tea, and violets. On the palate, it is round and full-bodied. The tannins are well integrated and the finish is long and juicy and recalls toasted notes. The perfect wine for a barbecue or a grilled steak.
