Founded by a group of friends with a common passion for wine, Alpasion is a boutique Argentine winery located in Mendoza. The company, whose name comes from the union of the words 'alma' and 'pasion', respectively translated as soul and passion, produces excellent quality wines from its 85 hectares of organic vineyards, located in a suggestive landscape. On the estate, there is also a lodge and a restaurant for wine tourists.

This 100% Malbec is produced from vines less than 10 years old, planted on alluvial, sandy, stony clayey soil, and located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and with indigenous yeasts and only a small part of the finished wine is aged in Bordeaux oak barrels.

The wine shows a deep red color with violet hues. Its flavor profile is intensely fruity with notes of cherry, plum, and black berries and some chocolate nuances. On the palate, it is full, powerful, and rich with smooth tannins. It is well-balanced and reveals a long and warm finish. Perfect with beef brisket and grilled meat, or with roast lamb.
