Established in 2003, the award-winning Adir Winery is located on the slopes of Mount Admon, in the heart of the Upper Galilee region, and produces high-quality Kosher wines. The grapes come from vineyards planted in the 80s and 90s in the Kerem Ben Zimra area where the plants enjoy extremely favorable conditions for viticulture with a Mediterranean climate and a combination of quality soils. The modern technologies used in the vineyard and the cellar, the extreme care and the high standards applied by the Adir Winery team result in some of the best wines in Israel.

Adir Winery's Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown and harvested in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards. After fermentation, the finished wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for a period of 12-14 months.

The wine shows a dark and dense purple color. Its aromatic profile is broad and rich with intense notes of red and black fruit such as plum, cherry, blackberry, and other forest berries, followed by lighter hints of sweet spices, cloves, and coffee. On the palate, it is powerful and full-bodied with a great concentration of fruit and some slightly smoky notes. It is tasty and juicy and has firm and well-integrated tannins. Perfect with grilled meat.
