Located in the heart of the Penedes, in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the Gramona winery has a long history of more than 140 years. Expert in the production of long-aging sparkling wines, Gramona is one of the reference wineries within the Corpinnat appellation and a company committed to the smallest details with the environment that surrounds it. Its vineyards are cultivated according to organic practices and have the Demeter biodynamic certification.
Gramona III Lustros Brut Nature is a Corpinnat sparkling wine with an aging period of over 70 months. The grape harvest is manual and the process in the cellar is 100% artisanal. The wine, full expression of its territory, has a dosage of less than 3 grams of sugar per liter.
In the glass, Gramona III Lustros Brut Nature shows a straw-yellow color with golden trimmings. The nose has great expressiveness and good intensity, with fruity notes of peach, apricot, and apples, herbaceous aromas of rosemary and thyme, and slight floral hints. There are also notes of maturation such as dried fruit, and bread crust. On the palate, the wine shows great character and structure with fine bubbles that leave a velvety texture. The finish is fresh with mineral notes. Have it with baked fish, lobster or crab or on its own to celebrate a special occasion.
