The prestigious Domaine Potinet-Ampeau is located in Monthélie, in the heart of Burgundy, not far from Meursault in the Côte de Beaune. The vineyards, cultivated using sustainable farming methods, extend over approximately 10 hectares. The family-run winery is particularly renowned for its practice of aging its wines for many years before releasing them to the market. The current owner, Vincent Durrieu, carries out this philosophy with great care, producing high-quality Burgundian reds and whites.

Bourgogne Blanc is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the estate's vineyards. After vinification, the wine ages for approximately a year and a half in barrel and then in bottle.

In the glass, the wine reveals a clear and brilliant straw-yellow color with subtle golden highlights. On the nose, it displays a fragrant character and a fresh aromatic profile with fruity notes of apple, pear, and citrus, followed by floral, mineral, and hazelnut notes. On the palate, it is savory, round, and refreshing with a well-balanced, lively acidity and a pleasant minerality. It is smooth and medium-bodied with a medium-long finish that evokes chalky notes. It is the ideal wine with grilled fish and seafood pasta.
