5093, route de Flayosc
In total the property has 148 acres including striking terraced vineyards planted on stony marl and limestone soils. The terroir here is ideal for premium winemaking thanks to the cooling sea breezes from the nearby bay of Bandol and sunny summer days. This helps to ensure plenty of rich fruit flavours and ripe tannins balanced by freshness and elegance. This particular cuvee is primarily composed of Mourvedre along with equal amounts of Cinsault and Grenache. The fruit is all harvested by hand to maintain quality, with fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks and ageing in oak casks for 6-8 months.
