Copper Cane wines
History
Fifth generation Napa winemaker Joseph Wagner started making his own award-winning wines a decade ago, and in 2014 he founded the Copper Cane label which captures the essence of the California terroir. He’s the youngest son of Chuck Wagner who founded Napa’s famous Caymus Vineyard in the 1960s. Beran is Joseph’s line of magnificent Zinfandels which are named after the powerful bears living in the Golden State’s wilderness areas.

Interesting Facts
Joseph Wagner is the youngest son of Chuck Wagner, founder of Napa’s legendary Caymus Vineyards. Joseph knew his way around a winery from an early age and started to work alongside his father at Caymus at the tender age of 19. In 2001 he decided to create his own single vineyard Pinot Noir, Belle Glos, which quickly grew a cult following amongst collectors and wine lovers.
